FACE INDIA is a non-governmental, non-profit and politically independent youth organisation, created by the members of East West Educational & Cultural Welfare Society under Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.Head office is located in Faridabad, Haryana NCR (National Capital Region) Delhi.

FACE aims at increasing social, cultural, educational, and environmental actions in the rural and urban areas through the national and international exchange of youth. Face is established in India with the support of several national and international volunteer, social, cultural and educational organizations involved in the field of national and international volunteer services

The FACE is not to invent new knowledge but to put in the service of mankind, what already exists in a manner that is comprehensible to the common man and practicable.

Our vision is to support the work of local community organizations through the efforts of international volunteers. We believe that local communities are in the best position to determine their needs, and we provide volunteers to help them achieve their goals.

FACE has established itself as the only independently run organization with a transparent operation and cost structure, an international advisory board and a locally collaborative and inclusive strategic framework.

FACE is run and managed Indian citizens. This Board consists eight of men and women from various walks of life with current involvement in public schooling, education, law medicine, environmental conservation, health, social-cultural work, art-craft and media.

The Board establishes community development plans and approves projects, using the different sources of information i.e. feedback of the volunteers and the local community network.

Communities' needs and necessities are carried by out coordinators, common members, Board members and people of the community directly or indirectly. Advisory Board discusses on the proposals and selects some of them according to its importance.

The structure of FACE comprises a Board of Directors, that provide strategic governance and auditing, an Advisory Group, which provides local management and decision-making guidance, CEO and M.D.who coordinate all daily operations and a Local Network, which overviews the community effort
